For 24 years, the Metrobank Foundation and the Rotary Club of New Manila East have proudly partnered to recognize exemplary members of the Philippine National Police through the Outstanding Filipinos – Police Officer Division. This enduring collaboration honors police officers whose dedication, integrity, and commitment to service continue to make a lasting impact in their communities.

The 2026 Outstanding Filipinos – Police Officer Awardees are Police Master Sergeant Dwight Alexis Supsupin, recognized as Cordillera’s Catalyst of Transformative Community Policing; Police Major Baby Rose Cajulao, honored as Cagayan Valley’s Police Advocate for Community Empowerment; and Police Lieutenant Colonel Robert Mansueto, celebrated as Western Visayas’ Champion of Digital Systems for Public Safety.

Their remarkable achievements were formally recognized during the Conferment Ceremony held on September 4, 2026. Following the ceremony, the awardees embarked on a series of courtesy visits that highlighted the significance of their contributions to public service and nation-building.

On September 7, the awardees visited the Philippine National Police and later the House of Representatives, where they were commended for their exemplary leadership and dedication to the Filipino people. On September 8, they were welcomed at the Supreme Court before being honored during the COPS Testimonial Dinner hosted by the Rotary Club of New Manila East. Their recognition tour continued with a visit to the Senate on September 9 and concluded with a final courtesy call at Malacañang Palace on September 29.

Through their leadership, innovation, and compassion, these three outstanding police officers exemplify the highest ideals of public service. Their inspiring stories remind us that genuine leadership is measured not only by accomplishments but also by the positive and lasting impact they create in the communities they serve. Together, they represent the very best of the Philippine National Police and the spirit of service above self.
